By integrating multiple layers—such as the surface layer, core, backsheet, and wrapping film—a soft and thin sanitary napkin is produced.

It precisely detects any stains or foreign particles in the sanitary napkins, and if any defective product is found, it is automatically removed by the system to guarantee the cleanliness and safety of every piece. 4.Thorough Packaging and Final Lab Testing
After production, the sanitary napkins are automatically conveyed to the packaging machines for final packing. Even at this stage, we maintain the highest standards—random samples are sent to our professional laboratory for tests including absorbency, penetration rate, absorption speed, formaldehyde, residual moisture, fluorescent agents, adhesive peel strength, and pH value. Only when all indicators meet or exceed national hygiene product standards can the products finally be shipped to market and delivered to consumers.
